Welcome to the Studio

The Pilates Studio Ampthill is a dedicated fully equipped 'Authentic' Pilates studio situated on the outskirts of the Georgian market town of Ampthill in Bedfordshire.

​Founded by Steph Hammond in 2021, the studio is a welcoming space with modern, bright & natural features, warm tones and chilled vibes, it is sure to become your little piece of heaven!​
 

At the studio we offer small group Pilates mat classes, which allow members to benefit from individual attention within a small group setting.

 

Being a fully equipped studio also allows us to not only offer Reformer Pilates but the whole Pilates system including Chair, Cadillac, Tower, Ladder Barrels and more in our small group Pilates Apparatus Sessions.

We also offer Private & Duet sessions for those looking for a more tailored approach. 

Our classes are open to complete beginners or experienced Pilates enthusiast.
